Please dispose of any litter in the bins provided and use the portable toilets / urinals provided along the route. Please follow the event signage to the site and respect our stewards and security positioned along the way – they are there to make your life easier, trust us!

  • This is a daytime event
  • Gates open at 12.00pm (midday)
  • Last entry is 17.00

2.2 COVID-19 POLICY

After consultation with Enfield Council and Public Health England, it has been agreed that in order to make Elrow Town Festival as safe as possible for all attendees, staff, artists and the local community, we will require anyone entering the event to present one of the following:

  • Proof of a negative lateral flow test, shown in either the NHS App or Covid Pass Service, taken within 24 hours of the event.

  • Proof of double vaccination

If you have not been double vaccinated it is your responsibility to take a lateral flow test and upload the results no more than 24 hours before arriving at the festival. Without this, admission will be denied. As a responsible festival promoter, we believe that this will become the industry standard for entry into events and that this offers the best chance of operating during a difficult time. Regardless of your political or medical views, we ask that you respect that this is the only way for an event of this size to go ahead. The opportunity to promote events during this time is something we take extremely seriously.

2.2.1 HOW CAN I GET PROOF OF AN NHS LATERAL FLOW TEST?

Information about how to obtain lateral flow tests can be found here.

If you have not been double vaccinated you will be asked to provide proof of a test, taken within 24 hours of attending the festival, either in the NHS App (not to be confused with the NHS Track & Trace app), via the email option or COVID pass service. Information about the Covid Pass Service can be found here.

2.2.2 HOW CAN I PROVE THAT I HAVE BEEN DOUBLE VACCINATED?

If it has been more than 14 days since you received your second vaccination, then you can use the NHS App or the Covid Pass Service online, or by showing your Covid Pass Letter.

Lockers, merchandise and some of the food outlets will accept cash and debit / credit cards. Limited cash machines will also be provided.

A map and list of set times will be displayed around the festival site. You can also go to the Info Point for assistance.

3.6 SUBSTANCE POLICY

Drugs are illegal and strictly prohibited on site. We will be conducting thorough entry searches, and anybody found in possession of controlled substances will be refused admission without refund and handed over to the police.

Whilst we uphold a zero tolerance policy, should anybody begin to feel unwell as a result of substance misuse, we urge them to contact our specially-trained staff without fear of judgement. There will be an onsite welfare facility as well as a designated medics room, where our staff can assist people with issues such as substance awareness, mental health and any other issues. They also support people with existing health conditions who wish to attend but may find they need additional support.

3.7 SAFETY

Elrow Town Festival work closely with the Metropolitan Police. There will be police on site, CCTV will be in operation, and many other crime prevention measures are in place to deliver a safe event.

4. FACILITIES ON SITE

4.1 MEDICAL AND WELFARE

If at any point during the event you feel that you or anybody else needs medical assistance, please make your way to Welfare to seek help immediately. Our qualified medical team will be on hand to help, whether you or any of your friends feel unwell, or even if you just need to escape the crowd for a time out. To locate the Welfare area, have a look at the event map, keep your eyes peeled for signage, or ask any member of staff who will be more than happy to assist.

4.2 SAFE SPACES

We believe that going clubbing and attending festivals should not only be a positive, life-affirming experience for everybody – but should be a “safe haven” for people to be themselves and respect others. Everybody is treated as equal, regardless of their ethnicity, gender-identity, sexual-orientation, age, faith or disability. We encourage anybody who feels uncomfortable or intimidated to approach our staff with confidence. Discretion is assured. Discrimination and harassment of any form goes against everything we stand for, and it won’t be tolerated at any of our events. More information can be found on the Ask Angela posters around site.

4.3 LOCKERS

Lockers will be available for hire on the day for storing extra layers of clothing and valuable items.

Because you can access your stuff whenever you like using your own key, it is advisable to lock your mobile phone and wallet away rather than carrying in your bag or pocket, unfortunately pick pockets are yet again targeting London clubbers.

Please bear in mind that the organiser holds no responsibility for the items left in lockers.

4.4 PHONE CHARGING

You can charge your phone at the lockers area, and at the VUSE stand.

4.5 FOOD & DRINK

No food can be taken into the festival. There will be a wide-variety of food traders catering to all dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Free water is available at dedicated water points and at the bars.

4.6 CIGARETTES

There will be units selling tobacco products on site.

4.7 LOST PROPERTY

If you find or lose anything, head straight down to the Info Point where all lost property will be taken to and logged in. After the event, if you realise you have misplaced something (let's face it, we've all been there) then log details on bit.ly/lwelostproperty. Lost property is stored for 30 days after the event so don't hang about.

4.8 MISSING MOBILE PHONES

It'll come as no surprise that phone thieves and pickpockets target large events. Please be super careful with your bags and phones and follow the advice below:

  • Do NOT put your phone in your back pocket.
  • Do NOT put your phone in your bag unless you know it is safe from pickpockets. Remember that thieves are highly skilled at opening zips and clasps.
  • Do NOT hand your phone to a stranger to take a photo of you and your friends.
  • People will be searched at random as they exit should we receive any reports of mobile phone theft and a corresponding description of a potential thief.

If your mobile phone does happen to be stolen, the only way we can do our best to help you is if you can give us a description of the thief and the location of the theft in as much detail as possible. Please report any theft to Info Point and they will do their best to help

4.9 CASH MACHINES

There are plenty of cash machines on site - have a look at the event map to locate them.

5.2 ID & TICKET SCANNING

Your tickets will be checked and scanned on arrival. Printing your ticket out will definitely speed up entry, but it is not compulsory. If you want to save some trees, having your ticket on your phone is absolutely fine too.

The event is over 18s only. Challenge 25 will be in operation, so you know the score - if you're lucky enough to look under 25, you'll be asked to provide photo ID proving that you are of age. Please take it as a compliment - and remember to bring some photo ID with you.

The only accepted forms of ID are a valid and up to date passport, driving license or home office approved proof of age card or a foreign national ID card that clearly displays the PASS hologram. Birth certificates will not be accepted as they are not valid forms of photo ID.

When queuing, please do so quietly and respectfully. We've made sure that there are enough lanes to make your entry as quick and painless as possible.

Tickets are divided into General Admission and VIP.

VIP tickets have access to an exclusive VIP area with a fully covered viewing platform, exclusive DJ sets, bespoke bars, cocktails and food offerings, and upgraded toilet facilities.
